Host an awareness or
screening session

Thank you for your interest in partnering with PRACHI Hope Foundation. We bring cancer prevention, education and early detection directly to communities, workplaces, colleges and local organisations.

Across Maharashtra, Goa & Delhi

To make sure every session creates a lasting impact — and that our resources reach the people who need them most — we offer two distinct types of session.

TYPE 1

Cancer Prevention & Awareness Sessions

For all audiences — corporate teams, educational institutions, housing societies and community groups.

WHAT WE DO

Interactive 45–60 minute workshops led by trained health educators.

KEY TOPICS COVERED

  • Cancer risk factors, myths, and early warning signs
  • Practical lifestyle changes and tobacco-cessation guidance
  • Self-examination techniques (breast self-exam, oral cavity checks)
  • An open Q&A to clear doubts, without fear or stigma

WHAT WE ASK OF THE HOST

A venue or online setup with a projector or screen, and an engaged audience.

TYPE 2

Early Detection Screening Camps

Primarily for under-served, high-risk or resource-limited communities.

WHAT WE DO

On-site clinical screening for oral, breast and cervical cancer, conducted by qualified clinicians and oncologists.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

  • The medical team
  • Clinical equipment
  • Examination consumables
  • Patient registration.

WHAT WE ASK OF THE HOST

A private, clean, enclosed space for examinations; local volunteer support; and a cost-sharing contribution toward medical consumables and doctor travel.

A note on screening resources

As a non-profit, PRACHI allocates its clinical screening resources with care. For well-resourced organisations, we ask for a cost-sharing or sponsorship contribution — so that our subsidised screening funds stay available for low-income communities who could not otherwise reach them. We would love to get to a place where every screening is free; contributions from those who can give are how we keep moving toward it.
